The RE/MAX Monthly Housing Report is a joint venture between the Associated Press and RE/MAX International. Facilitated by the RE/MAX Public Relations Department, this 55-city report is delivered monthly to the Associated Press, which distributes the report to their entire U.S. subscriber base. The report is released on the same day as the National Association of Realtors® Existing Home Sales report, usually around the 25th of the month. Being defined with a much broader scope, the RE/MAX Monthly Housing Report seeks to be the most comprehensive housing report available today. For each of the 55 cities included in the RE/MAX Monthly Housing Report, the following data is reported: Closed transactions, inventory, month’s supply of inventory, days on market, median sales price and median listing price.
